Guiding Opinions clearly puts forward a plan to build the whole island of Hainan into a pilot free trade zone, gradually exploring and steadily promoting the establishment of a free trade port and promulgating policies and institutional systems for a free trade port in step by step stages.

In this event, coaches for RainBlue mainly focused on helping China Telecom’s consulting and service teams to boost their marketing efficiency and encourage more government departments & enterprises to develop a healthy cooperation with China Telecom’s Hainan Branch.
